Marshall Environmental excavated 140 tons of contaminated soil from a parking lot in Providence, RI. The effected area was backfilled in 6" lifts. The parking lot was repaved with a 2 1/2" binder coat and a 2 1/2" top coat. This project was performed in a five day period, on time and on budget.
